MMTH BRAND LAUNCH

Director / Creative Lead / Production Lead
MMTH

When Mammoth became MMTH, we had a new name, a new identity, and a fairly obvious problem: we had to explain who we were all over again.

We created two films to do that, each with a different job.

You Build It was about what we believe.

What Is MMTH? had one very simple assignment: explain what we actually do.

YOU BUILD IT

MMTH builds sports facilities, but we didn’t want to make another film about fields.

We wanted to focus on what those places actually make possible. Competition. Community. Rivalries. Confidence. Heartbreak. The thousand little moments that turn a field into something people care about.

We kept the production raw and intimate. Real athletes. Natural light. No slow-motion hero shots. A mix of polished cinematography and handheld footage that stayed close to the athletes and the work they put in.

The field was never supposed to be the hero.

The people who show up are what give it a reason to exist.

You don’t find a place like that.

You build it.

WHAT IS MMTH?

This film had a slightly less philosophical assignment.

We needed to explain who MMTH is, what we build, and how a company that does a lot of different things fits together under one four-letter name.

What Is MMTH? did the heavy lifting. It gave us a way to introduce the new brand while showing the breadth of what we do and why having so much of the process under one roof actually matters.

Turns out explaining an entire company in one video is slightly harder than removing two vowels from its name.
